Set up your product and SKU master
This free ecommerce product catalog is where every calculation in the workspace starts: SKU, category, cost price, selling price, GST rate, inclusive or exclusive pricing, and opening stock. Add each product once and the dashboard, inventory, reports and invoices use the same values.
Step by step
- 1Add a product with its SKU, cost price and selling price.
- 2Set the GST rate and whether your price includes GST.
- 3Enter the opening stock you physically have today.
- 4Bulk-add many products at once with a CSV in Bulk Data Import.
Good to know
- Opening stock is the starting point of the inventory ledger.
- Cost price is used for profit; selling price is the default for new dispatches.

Can I change a price later?
Yes. New dispatches use the updated price; dispatches already logged keep the price they were saved with.
Can I print barcodes for my products?
